  • email address
  • telephone number
  • company or organization
  • job title or role
  • information you submit through our borrower, broker, investor or general contact forms
  • property or financing information you choose to provide with a loan inquiry, such as the property location and type, the requested loan amount, an estimated property value, the loan purpose and your timing

Our public website forms ask only for the information above. Any further information needed to evaluate a financing request or an investment is requested and handled directly with you outside the public website.

2. Information collected automatically

When you visit the website, information collected automatically may include:

  • IP address or network information
  • browser, device and operating system information
  • the page or source that referred you to us
  • pages viewed and the dates and times of visits
  • session information and website interaction events
  • approximate geographic location derived from network information
  • source and campaign information such as UTM parameters
  • cookie and browser storage information, including whether you have dismissed our cookie notice
  • server and security logs

This information is collected by our web host, by the website itself and by the third-party analytics technologies described in Section 3. The website stores, for the duration of a visit, any campaign parameters carried in the address you arrived from.

3. Website analytics and business visitor identification

Alliance Portfolio uses third-party technologies to understand how visitors use our website, measure website performance and engagement, and support our business development and marketing activities.

Google Analytics 4

We use Google Analytics 4 ("GA4"), a service provided by Google, to measure website traffic and interactions. GA4 may collect information such as browser and device type, operating system, referring source, pages viewed, approximate geographic location, session information, and website interaction events. GA4 may use first-party cookies and other identifiers to distinguish users and sessions.

Alliance Portfolio has implemented a custom analytics event layer designed to limit the information included in our GA4 events. Our custom events do not intentionally send names, email addresses, phone numbers, mailing addresses, form entries, loan details, investment details, or other information entered into website forms. Google may independently receive technical information associated with a website visit in accordance with Google’s own privacy practices.

ZoomInfo WebSights

We use ZoomInfo WebSights for business-to-business website analytics and business visitor identification. WebSights may use cookies and similar technologies and may collect or process information such as IP or network information, browser and device information, referring pages, pages viewed, dates and times of visits, and similar website usage information.

ZoomInfo uses this information to help associate website activity with a company or organization. Alliance Portfolio may use the resulting business-level information to understand which organizations are engaging with our website, evaluate marketing efforts, and support business development and outreach.

An association between website activity and a company or organization does not establish that any particular individual at that company visited the Alliance Portfolio website.

Third-party privacy practices

Information processed by Google and ZoomInfo is also subject to their respective privacy policies and terms.

4. How we use information

We may use the information we collect to:

  • respond to your inquiries
  • review financing scenarios
  • provide investment information you request
  • communicate with brokers, borrowers and investors
  • operate, maintain and improve the website
  • maintain security and prevent misuse
  • measure website traffic, engagement and campaign performance
  • understand which organizations are engaging with our website and support business development
  • maintain business records
  • comply with legal and regulatory obligations

Submitting a contact form lets us respond to you. It does not, by itself, sign you up for marketing communications.

5. Cookies, similar technologies and your choices

The website uses cookies and similar technologies, which can include cookies, local or session browser storage, pixels, tags and scripts. Necessary website technologies operate website features, process your actions, remember applicable website settings, maintain security and support form workflows. Google Analytics 4 and ZoomInfo WebSights, described in Section 3, operate on the website as well. The Cookie Policy describes each technology in use.

Most web browsers allow users to block, delete, or receive warnings about cookies and similar technologies. Blocking or deleting cookies may affect some website functionality.

Google provides a Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on for users who wish to prevent their browser activity from being made available to Google Analytics.

ZoomInfo provides privacy choices and information about its data practices through the ZoomInfo Privacy Center.

6. How we disclose information

We may share information with service providers and professional advisers that help us operate the website and our business, such as web hosting, form processing and delivery, data storage, communications, website analytics and business visitor identification (Google and ZoomInfo, as described in Section 3), accounting, legal and compliance services. These parties receive information for the purposes described in this policy and are expected to protect it appropriately.

We may also disclose information when required by law, regulation, legal process or a government request, to protect the rights, property or safety of Alliance Portfolio, our clients or others, or in connection with a business transaction such as a merger, financing or sale of assets.

Whether a particular right applies depends on the law in effect and on how the information was collected and used. To submit a privacy request, call (949) 349-1322 or use the Contact page and describe the request you are making. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and you may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf where the law allows.

8. Retention

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including to meet legal, regulatory, operational and recordkeeping requirements, and then dispose of it or de-identify it in accordance with our practices.
