Cookie Policy

Effective: October 2, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Alliance Portfolio uses cookies and similar technologies on this website, what they do, and the choices available to you.

What cookies and similar technologies are

A cookie is a small text file that a website places on your device. Similar technologies include local or session browser storage, pixels, tags, scripts and comparable technologies that can record how a page is used. Together they let a website remember settings, keep a session working and measure how the website is used.

Why Alliance Portfolio uses them

We use these technologies to operate the website reliably and securely, to process the forms you send us, to understand website traffic, usage, performance and conversions, and to better understand the businesses and organizations that visit the website.

Necessary website technologies

Alliance Portfolio may use browser storage and similar technologies necessary to operate website features, process user actions, remember applicable website settings, maintain security, and support form workflows. When a form submission is confirmed, the website uses temporary session storage before redirecting you to a thank-you page. This is part of the form workflow, not advertising tracking.

Google Analytics 4

We use Google Analytics 4 ("GA4"), a service provided by Google, to understand website traffic, usage, performance and conversions. GA4 may use first-party cookies, including cookies used to distinguish users and maintain session information, and may collect information such as browser and device type, operating system, referring source, pages viewed, approximate geographic location and website interaction events.

Alliance Portfolio’s custom GA4 events are intentionally restricted. They do not include form field values, email addresses, phone numbers, street addresses, record identifiers or the text of buttons you click. Google may independently receive technical information associated with a website visit in accordance with its own privacy practices.

ZoomInfo WebSights

We use ZoomInfo WebSights for business visitor analytics and to help determine which company or organization may be associated with website activity. WebSights may use cookies or similar technologies and may process technical and usage data such as network or IP information, browser and device information, referring source, pages viewed and timestamps.

Alliance Portfolio uses the resulting business-level information for business-to-business analytics, marketing measurement and business development. An association between website activity and a company or organization does not establish that any particular individual at that company visited the website.

Technologies in use

This inventory reflects the production website as built and is updated when the technologies change.

NameTypeCategoryPurpose and duration
ap_consentLocal storageNecessaryRecords that you have dismissed the cookie notice so it does not reappear on every page. Kept until you clear your browser storage.
ap_utmSession storageNecessaryKeeps campaign parameters from the address you arrived from so a form you send during the same visit records where the inquiry came from. Cleared when the browser tab is closed.
ap_ga_leadSession storageNecessarySet only after a form submission is confirmed, so the thank-you page can record that a submission completed. Contains the form category only, never your entries. Removed when the thank-you page loads.

Managing cookies and similar technologies

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies and site data through their settings, and many offer private browsing modes. Blocking or deleting cookies may affect website functions, including the forms.

Google provides a Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on for users who wish to prevent their browser activity from being made available to Google Analytics.

ZoomInfo provides privacy choices and information about its data practices through the ZoomInfo Privacy Center.

The panel, also available as Cookie Settings in the footer of every page, summarizes the technologies in use.

Changes to this policy

Website technologies change over time. We will update this policy and the inventory above when they do. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
