Submitting a loan request to us is never easier than before. This is how it works:

  1. QUALIFY THE LOAN REQUEST
    There are five simple and easy questions to ask when submitting a loan request:
    • Where is the property located?
    • What type of property?
    • What is the estimated value?
    • What is currently owed?
    • What does the borrower want?

  2. ARRANGE A MEETING
    • The Mortgage Loan Broker will arrange a meeting with the borrower at the subject property.
    • Alliance Portfolio will meet with the borrower at the property for an on-site inspection and digital photo shoot.
    • Visiting the property and meeting the borrower coupled with our extensive knowledge of this target market results in accurate, reliable & timely property valuations, fundings and closings.

  3. SIGN THE CONDITIONAL LOAN COMMITMENT
    • Alliance Portfolio will issue the Conditional Loan Commitment in 24-48 hours from meeting at the subject property.
    • Creates an "up front" meeting of the minds between the mortgage broker, the borrower and Alliance Portfolio.
    • The mortgage broker and borrower will sign and submit via fax the signed commitment to Alliance Portfolio.
    • All terms and conditions are outlined ensuring clarity.

  4. PICK UP YOUR COMMISION CHECK
    • Alliance Portfolio completes all processing in house minimizing your efforts. Closing usually in 10 working days from signing of the Conditional Loan Commitment.
    • Our closing department will inform you of closing and recording then will prepare a check and closing statement for your convenience.
