This presentation was a success. More than 50 brokers and realtors attended this two-hour information-packed event. Ins and Outs of Private Money Lending Presentation was held on Thursday, July 22, 2010 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm at the Hyatt Regency in Irvine. This free program featured legislative updates (MLO License - SAFEACT, new GFE, High Cost Mortgage), opportunities and advantages of private money lending. Seven lucky attendees also brought home some gift cards and bottles of wine during prize giveaways. Finally as a closing, attendees enjoyed a cocktail and networking session that provided great opportunities to network with other brokers and agents.
